Shipping and Handling

The shipment of your products is our highest priority and everyday we ship out hundreds of products to satisfied customers. However, due to the large size and weight of our products, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, unfortunately.

All of our products are shipped from the United States!

Processing time: As soon as we receive your payment, your order goes through a quality assurance and verification process, which can take 1-3 business days before it is ready for shipment.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be delivered to you once shipped from our U.S. warehouse. We ship all of our products via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Once items ship, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your destination. 

Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily track your order.
